A Day In The Life Of An Exercise Nut!

Do you know why you should exercise every day? Well for the obvious health benefits that you can see. But also so as you get older you don’t feel old. Because if you let your body go, you’ll feel each and every year that is added as those days pile up.

We eat healthy and make sure that we get the exercise needed to help us stay and feel young. Each morning I put into the GE oven that breakfast sandwich my wife made the night before. Heating it up for just a few minutes and it’s nice and crispy, and healthy for me too.

Then it’s about time to start the workout for the day. If it’s a cardio day well than it’s all about jogging. But weight lifting is just a bit more about toning those muscles and keeping my body looking good. I put on my cotton clothes and men’s sport watch and head into the fitness room.

Depending on which day it is will mean I will either be lifting a bit of weights, or doing some cardio workouts. Since our exercise room is in our home, it doesn’t take long to get too. Not only do we have the equipment needed, but we’ve saved money over what it would cost to join a gym in our local area too.

If we belonged to the gym, neither of us would go as often as we need too. One of the favorite workouts for me on those cardio days is to walk or jog on the treadmill. We have this cool attachment that came with the equipment. It allows you to hook up an ebook readers to the machine.

Jogging those five miles and reading at the same time, well it makes the time go by very quickly. Not always do I read the same thing, but change it from day to day. As long as I have something to choose from besides those romances that are in there that the wife reads!

Normally after I’m done it will be into the shower for another quick rinse and then off to work for the day. My day will begin around three in the morning each day, but you know I’ve found that I don’t need near as much sleep.

Not as much sleep is needed when you are in good shape. About six hours is the most we both need each night. But it’s just nice to know that we will get to see the grandkids as they grow up. Because we will be around for a while!

We recognize three types of bad pick up lines, all with their own damage level. These are rude pick up lines, dirty pick up lines and cheesy pick up lines.

Rude pick up lines are the most damaging so we’ll start there.

Rude Pick Up Lines

Rude pick up lines contain some or all of the following elements: put downs, disrespect or demeaning name calling.

There is little to no humor involved, and often it accuses the girl of wanting to get sexual with the guy straight away. They are blunt.

When a guy meets a lady that he feels deep down inside is superior to him and that she may reject him, he will often use nasty chat up lines as his strategy. By using a rude pick up line he is essentially building a shield around him that prevents him from getting rejected by the girl. His reason why the girl wouldn’t talk to him was the line that he used.

Behaving this way is classified as ‘avoidance’ in psychology. When the first contact you make with someone is a nasty come-on line you are avoiding getting hurt. Whilst using these lines will never let the guy get rejected, and thus hurt, it will never get him what he wants. To actually talk to the girl.

An example of a rude pick up line:

“Get your rat out baby. I know you are dying for it.”
(Note for less informed readers: rat = vagina)

Dirty Pick Up Lines

Your next worst option is dirty pick up lines. The world wide web boasts an abundance of these. You probably know them already. There is a large quantity of nasty pickup lines on websites all over the internet. I am sure that you have read one or more of them if you ever looked up a pickup line on the web.

Nasty pick up lines contain all kinds of suggestive language that imply that the girl will do something sexual with you at that very moment. Thus the reason they are classified as ‘gross’.

Be mindful. These sentences usually contain humor or wit. Often this is a play on words. This makes them more dangerous to guys with less experience at pick up.

Whilst many guys can tell that a rude pick up line isn’t that good, they can get tricked by the humor in a dirty pick up line into thinking it may be good.By starting out agressively and using rude innuendo you will cut down your chances of meeting nice girls.

There is a rule to be learned here: Girls don’t like to talk about sex immediately. They like things to be smooth and to happen naturally.

Talking about or bringing up the subject of sex right away (with a dirty pick up line) just gets her on the defensive and thinking of you as a ‘horny dog’. In some cases and contexts she’ll also get angry and attack you for being disrespectful.

This can potentially be even more embarrassing for you if other people notice or she makes a scene. If you are lucky and she’s quite an open thinker she’ll think it is an amusing line and not be angry, but that you are still a ‘horny dog’ to be careful around.

An example of a dirty pick up line:

“The word of the day is ‘legs.’ Let’s go back to my place and spread the word.”

Cheesy Pick Up Lines

The other type of bad pick up lines is cheesy pick up lines. These lines won’t make her mad, but they won’t bring you any closer to scoring with her either.

Cheesy pick up lines mostly involve sickeningly sweet or romantic, or childish plays on words. These lines are bad simply because the girl will wonder why you didn’t have anything better to say. And in all likelihood she will be amused at how bad your pick up line was.

This can keep her in a good mood, but does not help you to appear attractive to the girl. As a result it backfires. You will be very lucky if she still wants to talk to you after that brief first giggle of amusement. She’ll make an excuse within 5 minutes to leave in 90% of cases. Especially if she is an attractive girl.

“Life without you would be like a broken pencil…pointless.”
