So you know that you want to lose weight fast, but how to do it? There are a couple tips on how to lose weight fast not just loosing the weight but not gaining it back. It is imperative to take these tips seriously and put them into right now but for as long as you wish to stay fit.

Clean out the Cupboards

The best thing that you want to do if you are trying to lose weight fast is clean out your cupboards. You need to remove all food that is not healthy for you, think of sugar, salty foods, and those empty calories such as soda. You need to save all the items that are good for you fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

This is going to be very hard, and if you have kids then of course you are going to want to keep some good food for them, like treats that they can have for dessert, but you want to be strict about what you are going to keep and what you are going to through away, and if anything just keep all the kids’ treats in one separate cupboard so that you know not to go in that cupboard and are not going to have to see that food all the time.You may as well include them in this diet and teaching them good eating habits.If you install these habits in them while they are young then they are more likely to make good decisions as they grow up.

Make Lists

Also if you want to lose weight fast you are going to want to make lists. Most importantly of all, you are going to want to start being very careful and aware about what you are putting on your grocery list. You are going to want to look up about the different foods that you have to choose from and have a set list prepared before you head out to get your food.

This way you know that you have a list and only pick up these foods instead of getting to the store without a list and just picking up random things because then basically you are just going to be giving in to your cravings and getting food that is not healthy for you.

Set up a Routine

To lose weight fast, you are going to have to make sure that you set up a routine for yourself. This is going to be necessary if you want to not only lose weight now but keep it off in the future as well. You want to make sure that you know what you are eating and also when and for how long you are working out.

Make A Diary

some times helps to make a food and exercise diary.Before you eat anything write it down in your diary it will help you mike the right decisions.  It also helps to keep a diary about you work out routines.It keeps you on track and shows you the prograss that you have made.  Take pictures of your self in the mirror at the beginning of each week it will show you the results better you may not notice how much belly fat and weight you have lost even if the scale does not go down. Working on how to lose neck fat also decreases the total weight of the body, but it is also necessary for the individual to draw a complementary workout program for the rest of the body. Otherwise you might run the risk of not get the expected results, or worse hurting them.

 

Exercises That Help To Get Rid of Neck Fat

 

Side Tilt: This workout can be done both while sitting and standing up. Sit up with the backbone straight (or stand with the backbone straight) and angle the head to the right side. Exercise this slowly, and stop halfway before the ear reaches the shoulder. Stay in this pose and number 10 seconds. Incline the head back to the beginning pose, slowly, and redo the same procedure for the left side. A pair of inclines constitutes a round. Repeat this workout at least 4 times.

 

Back and Front Tilt: Standing or sitting with the back erect, incline the head back until one can see what is right above the individual. Remain in this pose and count 2 seconds. Then slowly get back to the initial position. Redo this workout 5-10 times.

Rotation: This is an awesome exercise to get rid of neck fat. Standing or sitting keeping the back straight,turn your head and look to the right. Raise slowly and keep turning your head as far as you can this will maximize the work out. Then slowly go back to the initial position. Repeat the procedure to turn to the left side. A pair of rotations makes a complete round. Redo this workout for 5-10 rounds.

Side Resistance: This can be accomplished by yourself free hand or with some one their for assistance. Put the right hand to the right of the head and effort to push back/ bend as one do a slow side inclines to the right. Bend for 10 seconds, then switch from side to side and repeat the process. A pair of side sets makes a round.

 

Front Resistance: This workout can also be done with the free hand or with the assist of some one else. Put the hand in front of the head and use it as a resistance to push the head back as one slowly efforts to incline the head to the front. Keep for 10 seconds, take a small break, and then redo the process.

I set this site up for real people that are serious about weight loss and would like to start losing real weight today.  I have struggled with my weight my whole life and I have found a few tips and ideas that have worked for me. These my tips on losing weight this is a list of things that work for me. I will be updating regularly as I find more programs that make my life easier as I am sure it will make your too!

  • Eating 4 or 5 small meals instead of three large meals
  • My wife dances while she does chores
  • Walking faster at work
  • Taking a walk in the morning before I do anything else ( this is my number one favorite and I have found it works best for me)
  • Stay away from energy drinks they are packed with unwanted sugar and empty calories
  • I make my lunch for work the day before because I have found if I make it in the morning I tend to just put a bunch of crap in it because I am in a hurry.When I make it the night before I tend to make much better healthier choices.
  • Taking a walk to our favorite dining spot.My family burns calories on the way to dinner and get our heart rate up before we even eat.  Then we have to walk back and burn even more calories.  I love this one
  • Standing at the doctor’s office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor’s office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
  • DO NOT go to the grocery store hungry.Being hungry I usually buy more junk food.

Just a few months ago, I came across a new weight loss program called Top Secret Fat Loss Secret. I had been looking for a new dieting plan that would help me shed a few pounds before my cousin’s wedding in June.

The Top Secret Fat Loss Secret is a new dieting plan that was developed by Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, who claims that you can shed your unwanted, excess pounds simply by following her simple dieting rules.

After so many years of failed diet programs it was difficult to get myself hyped up and excited about this one because I’d wasted so much time before and I was hesitant to get my hopes up.

The final straw was the dress shopping fiasco which revealed just how many unwanted pounds still remained hideously hanging on my body. It was at that point I decided to give Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst top secret fat loss plan a full force effort to see whether it worked.

There are two plans offered by this doctor which are the Pro Elite Plan and the Hardcore Plan. Feeling like I had nothing to lose, I decided to try the Pro Elite Plan. There were 48 meaty pages in her e-book system and right now I’m going to tell you little bit about what I discovered which you can put to use helping shed your unwanted pounds.

The beginning of the book was all about tips to losing weight fast for beginners. Reading that section was like a recurring dream, because it seemed that it was the same information over and over again.

However, for someone just starting their weight loss journey, this information would be very valuable for them. I however, was ready to get the full goods…the intermediate and advanced stuff which was a little bit deeper in Suzanne Gudakunst Top Secret Fat Loss Secrets system so I skipped ahead to those parts.

Some of the new information that I learned about in this book is that the body builds up fat around the vital organs in an effort to stop more toxins building up. I guess you could say that it is the body’s way of protecting itself.

Belly fat, hip, thigh or butt fat is telling you that you may have toxins starting to gather and your liver might not be at full function. The doctor Suzanne Gudakunst says that using the so called Detox Diet will wash your body clean internally of toxins and damaging fat around such organs.

One other thing I was completely unaware of and absolutely turned my stomach was that many Americans, an overwhelming percentage, have colon parasites and worms in their digestive systems! I was disgusted and terrified at the thought!

She says that these parasites can cause us to crave high sugar foods and can decrease our metabolism. I didn’t know whether I had any of these worms or parasites nor have I ever been tested for them but I certainly decided I didn’t want to take the chance they were in their creepily crawling around.

Doctor Suzanne Gudakunst says that just a few natural food and healthy macronutrients will help clean your body and clear out bad elements in your blood. There are number of ideas in that book, but you should read it for yourself.

I was struck with wonder when I heard about Tom Venuto. Is it true that he could burn the fat? Could he teach me how to reduce my weight? How nice if he could tell me how to become lean?

There are people who advertise themselves as weight or fat loss coaches but are fat themselves, or they are good examples but lack the ability or the knowledge to teach the 4 learning types of people how to lose weight.

I found that he was actually a well-known fat loss coach and an experienced bodybuilder. I have no idea if this personal trainer is trained or educated, but the pictures show what he can do.

So this caught my attention as being practice what he preaches evidence.

This thing has lots of people talking about it and some cases of what look to be stellar results. “Before” and “after” photos shown during infomercials are the most powerful proof as to whether or not an exercise, workout system, or diet plan really works.

I am always of a doubting nature. Once what I look at proves itself after my thorough research I see whether it is followed by others also successfully. Then only it becomes true to me.

As you know there’s lots of hype and outright lies in the health and weight loss field. Unfortunately, there’s lots of snake oil salesman peddling the latest lotion or pill claiming if you just take this you’ll lose 20 pounds overnight just by sleeping.

Certainly we all know that you can’t just take a pill, sit around and do nothing and then lose 10 in a day with no effort.

It requires some workout exercises and energy or altering your eating plan to get healthier, more nutrient dense, and lower calorie foods your body can easily burn off.

Homemade treats with fresh fruits are always so much better, and better for you, than those pre-packaged cakes and cookies. Make sure to be proud of yourself not just for eating right, but for creating a healthy living recipe that you can enjoy.

Focus on family
At first, you may not think this sounds like a recipe. Your food will taste so much better, when meals become family time rather than just about food. If you don’t have time to sit down as a family every night, make it a time for self-reflection. You can have a cup of green tea and a nice quite dinner. Just eat slowly, while taking time to think about your day. You will notice that this makes your meals a relief even when you are eating healthy

Healthy living isn’t just about the food. It is about mindset. A healthy living recipe that is truly effective will focus on all aspects of a meal, not just the preservative and sugar content.
